Server Monitoring Service
Server failures usually occur at the worst times. Being proactive and watching for these issues to help minimize potential downtime is what our Monitoring Service is all about. We install a sophisticated software package that monitors your system 24 hours a day for potential problems and notifies Avalon when a potential issue presents itself. In most cases, we know about an issue and fix it before the customer even knows something is wrong. The customer receives both daily and weekly reports on the status of monitored systems.
Avalon’s Server Monitoring Service allows for monitoring of the following items 24 hours a day:
- Disk Space and usage
- Memory usage
- Processor usage and potential failure issues
- System Logs
- Antivirus status
- Service statuses like Exchange, SQL, AD, IIS, etc…
- Backups
- Internet Connectivity
- Many other features.
